Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q : What is required at the time of booking the rental?

A: We require $ 1,000 standard rental deposit as well as the full payment for the rental prior to pick-up or delivery of the machine.

 

Q: How are your rental periods classified?

A: Rentals are classified as daily (maximum of 8 hours), weekly (maximum of 44 hours) and monthly (maximum of 176 hours).  Overtime charges will be applied at 1/8th of the daily rate for hours in excess of these limits.

 

Q: Is trucking covered with rentals?

A: No, trucking is an extra cost and can be arranged through one of our local carriers should you choose this option.  Please indicate in the special notes section on the online rental request that you would like trucking to be arranged. 

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept for rentals?

A: We accept cash and cheques.  Please DO NOT mail cash.  You can arrange a money order or pay with cash in person.  We also accept Visa and MasterCard.  If you choose to pay with a credit card, there is a 2.5% transaction fee that will apply.

 

Q: How will I be notified once my reservation is completed online?

A: Once you have chosen your machine, the date(s) that you require the machine, and have completed the online rental form (please do not forget to include your method of payment and if you require us to arrange trucking in the special notes section), and submit the form, our system will notify us via email of your request for a rental and we will process the rental in our office.  If you have chosen to pay via credit card, we will contact you to obtain the credit card information for processing.  Also, if you have requested for us to arrange trucking, we will contact you to provide you with the quote for the trucking for your approval.  Once your payment has been accepted, we will mail or fax you a copy of the rental form as well as the invoice.
